Diseños experimentales aplicados a una bomba de calor de expansión directa con energía solar//Design and analysis of experiments applied to direct expansion solar assisted heat pumps
Abstract
La bomba de calor de expansión directa con energía solar es un sistema de conversión de energía que se utiliza para aplicaciones de calentamiento de agua, calentamiento de aire para climatizar edificios, desalinización de agua, secado solar entre otras. El presente trabajo revisa los principales diseños y análisis de experimentos con la finalidad de identificar los objetivos fundamentales de todo experimento los cuales pueden ser: determinar los factores que tienen una influencia significativa, la obtención de un modelo matemático y/o la optimización de un rendimiento. Para lograr esta tarea se describen en detalle la configuración básica y avanzada de este sistemapara así caracterizar su rendimiento térmico mediante el análisis de la energía y/o el análisis basado en la exergía. Esta revisión identifica posibles líneas de investigación en el área de diseño y análisis de experimentos que permitan desarrollar esta tecnología de calentamiento de agua para aplicaciones industriales.Palabras claves: bomba de calor, energía solar, expansión directa, análisis exergético, diseño de experimentos.

Abstract
Direct expansion solar assisted heat pump is an energy conversion systemused for several applications among them we may cite, water heating, heating space for building, water desalination system, solar drying, amongst other. The present work review the main analysis and design of experiments with the goal of identify the fundamentals objectives of any experimental design which it may be: determining which factors affect significantly the response, obtain a mathematical model and/or optimizing a response.To reach this task, the basic and advanced configuration model of this systemare describing in details with the purpose of characterize the thermal performance of the system, the types of thermal performance analyses used are the coefficient of performance analysis and the energy-exergy efficiency analysis. This review rightly point out to identify potential area of further investigation that allow researchers develop this technology for heating water for industrial applications.Key words: heat pump, solar assisted, direct expansion, exergy analysis, experimental design.Downloads
